Think of Viper Condenser Cleaner as up to 34 litres of Viper Heavy Duty crammed into a tough, space-saving and easily portable soft pack for ultimate convenience, with the added benefit of a no-mess easy pour cap.

A high-foaming pure concentrate blend of specialty detergents liquifies heavily embedded grease and grime to restore heat transfer efficiency of a coil or heat exchanger. It’s also non-flammable, contains no hazardous ingredients, produces no toxic fumes, is non-irritating, pH neutral, biodegradable and food industry compliant (NSF certified).

The Viper Venom Pack is ideal for a wide range of HVAC-R applications, including:

• HVAC-R Condensers & Evaporators: Ensures efficient operation by cleaning essential components.
• Radiators & Intercoolers: Maintains performance by removing contaminants.
• EV Thermal Management Heat Exchangers: Optimises heat transfer efficiency in electric vehicles.
• Drivetrain Hardware: Cleans and maintains various drivetrain components.
• Engine Bays: Removes grease and grime from engine components.
• AHU Rooms, Cold Rooms & Refrigerated Trailers: Suitable for general cleaning in air handling and refrigerated storage areas.

How to Use - Viper Venom Pack Pure Concentrate Condenser Cleaner - RT330V

1. Power Off: Ensure all power sources are turned off or disconnected before application.
2. Prepare Solution: Pour the desired amount of concentrate into the Viper Foam Gun (RT300S).
3. Add Water: Fill the container with potable water up to the maximum fill level.
4. Apply Cleaner: Thoroughly spray the cleaner to saturate the coil completely with the fluid.
5. Dwell Time: Allow the foam to sit for 5 to 10 minutes to break down dirt, grease, and grime.
6. General Cleaning: In non-food processing areas, no rinsing is required after application.
7. Food Processing Areas: In areas where food is handled, cover or remove all food and packaging. After application, rinse thoroughly with potable water to ensure no residue remains.
