We pack & dispatch

Order before the cut-off and we’ll pack it and hand it to the driver from our Rowville base.

Same Day & Fast delivery terms

Please read these terms before choosing Fast or Same Day delivery. They apply in addition to our general terms and conditions.

1. Eligible products & limits

Fast and Same Day delivery are available at checkout for eligible products only, due to size or weight limitations.

  • Maximum 22 kg per item.
  • Maximum parcel size of 120 cm × 120 cm × 120 cm.
  • Dangerous goods and certain regulated items are not eligible.
  • If your cart contains ineligible items, those items will ship using another available delivery option.
2. Delivery area

Fast delivery is available up to approximately 20 km, and Same Day delivery up to approximately 50 km, from our Rowville base (36 Enterprise Drive, Rowville VIC 3178).

These distances are a guide only. Whether your address is eligible is confirmed at checkout. If an option isn’t shown, it isn’t available for your address.

3. Order cut-off times & dispatch days
  • Same Day: order by 12PM (noon), Monday to Friday.
  • Fast: order by 2PM Monday to Thursday, and by 12PM on Friday.

Times are Melbourne time. Orders placed after the cut-off aren’t eligible for that option that day and can be sent from the next available dispatch window. We dispatch Fast and Same Day orders Monday to Friday.

4. Delivery times are estimates

Fast delivery targets around 3 hours and Same Day targets delivery on the same day. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Traffic, weather, demand, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, and no one being available to receive the delivery can cause delays.

5. Delivery fees

The delivery fee depends on your delivery address and the option you choose. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Receiving your delivery
  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a phone number that’s answered on the day.
  • Someone should be available to receive the delivery.
  • You’ll receive order updates by email or SMS and can follow the status of your delivery.
7. Changes, cancellations & failed deliveries
  • Changing your address: contact us as soon as possible. A change can only be made if it’s before the driver is dispatched and the new address is close to the original.
  • Cancelling: contact us straight away. Once a driver has been assigned, the delivery fee may still apply.
  • Failed deliveries: if we can’t deliver because no one is available, the address is incorrect or we can’t reach you, the order is returned to us and re-delivery fees may apply.
8. Public holidays & peak periods

Delivery may be delayed or unavailable on public holidays and during major retail events. We’ll show the available options at checkout.
