Think of Viper Evaporator Cleaner as up to 34 litres of Viper Evap+ crammed into a tough, space-saving and easily portable soft pack for ultimate convenience, with the added benefit of a no-mess easy pour cap.

It is a non-rinsing pure concentrate with specialty detergents that attack stubborn, heavily embedded grease, grime and dirt, plus proprietary slow-release enzymes to destroy and prevent odour-causing bacterial growth. This 2-in-1 product eliminates the cost and hassle of needing a separate cleaner and treatment, is all-natural, non- flammable, non-toxic, non-irritating, pH neutral, biodegradable and food industry compliant (NSF certified).

How To Use - Viper Venom Pack Concentrate Evaporator Cleaner RT320V

• Preparation: Turn off or disconnect all power to the unit.
• Mixing: Add the required amount of pure concentrate to the Viper Foam Sprayer (RT301S).
• Dilution: Fill the sprayer container with potable water up to the maximum fill level.
• Application: Evenly spray the cleaner to fully saturate the evaporator coil.
• Post-Application:
  • Non-Food Areas: Operation can resume immediately; no waiting or rinsing necessary.
  • Food Processing Areas:
    1. Ensure all food is removed or adequately protected using packaging materials.
    2. After application, rinse the coil with potable water to ensure cleanliness.
• Resumption: The equipment can now be powered on and returned to operation.
