Viper Nickel Safe is a powerful blend of organic acids designed to clean faster than traditional phosphoric acid products — without damaging surfaces. Specifically formulated for use with nickel-plated and stainless steel evaporators, it removes heavy scale build-up while remaining eco-friendly and phosphate-free.

Applications

• Designed for ice machines with nickel-plated or stainless steel evaporators.

• Ideal for commercial food service, hospitality, and industrial applications.

How to Use

1. Remove ice from the ice storage bin.

2. Switch the ice machine into cleaning mode.

3. Nickel-Plated Evaporators: Add 230ml of Viper Nickel Safe Cleaner to the water trough for every 110–140kg of ice production per 24 hours (or 230ml per 1L of trough capacity).

4. Stainless Steel Evaporators: Use double (2x) the amount.

5. Circulate for 10–30 minutes, depending on scale build-up. Use a brush if needed for heavy deposits.

6. Discard the spent solution and rinse thoroughly with potable water 3 times.

7. Switch the machine back to ice production mode.
