The HIKMICRO G41H Handheld Thermal Camera is purpose-built for high-temperature industrial thermography, advanced diagnostics, and demanding predictive maintenance applications. Designed for heavy industry, manufacturing, metal processing, kiln and furnace monitoring, and high-heat environments, the G41H enables professionals to safely measure and analyse extreme temperatures with precision and reliability.
The G41H incorporates a 480 × 360 high-sensitivity thermal detector delivering sharp thermal imaging and stable temperature analysis, even in challenging industrial conditions. Its extended high-temperature capability (up to 2000°C in supported range) makes it ideal for applications such as foundries, refractory inspection, power generation, and process control.
Combined with an integrated 8 MP visual camera, the G41H provides clear thermal and visual context to improve fault confirmation, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
Designed for field efficiency, the G41H features a bright 4.3” 800 × 480 LCD touchscreen, advanced autofocus options including laser-assisted AF and touch AF, and multiple imaging modes including thermal, visual, fusion, PIP, and blending. With smooth 50 Hz real-time imaging, inspections remain fluid and responsive—even when monitoring dynamic high-temperature processes.
Built to withstand demanding industrial job sites, the G41H features IP54-rated protection, 2-metre drop resistance, and an interchangeable Li-ion battery system—making it a dependable tool for daily professional and heavy-industry use.
