The VALUE UD8 Two-Stage DC Brushless Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump has been engineered for demanding industrial and laboratory environments where reliability, quiet operation, and resistance to harsh conditions are essential.

Powered by an advanced DC brushless motor, the UD8 delivers ultra-low operating noise together with high efficiency and dependable long-term performance. Designed for challenging applications, it features anti-corrosion treated core components, helping protect the pump when operating in environments containing moisture, water vapour, and corrosive gases. VALUE also states the UD Series uses shielding technology and magnetic drive technology to achieve static sealing, reducing the oil leakage issues associated with traditional dynamic sealing structures.

To support stable operation, the UD8 is equipped with a gear pump with forced lubrication and an automatic anti-oil return structure, helping provide a cleaner, quieter, and more comfortable vacuum environment. VALUE also highlights fluororubber seals, stainless steel springs, and an anti-oil return valve as part of the pump’s corrosion-resistant and clean-operation design.
