The compact hot wire anemometer testo 425 with telescopic probe is ideal for the simple, fast and precise measurement of air velocity, air temperature and volume flow in ventilation ducts of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The connection to the testo Smart App enables convenient configuration of the measuring instrument, live value display (also as a second screen), storage of measurement data and direct documentation in the App.

Optimally adjusted air conditioning and ventilation systems are a decisive factor in modern buildings. To ensure that air velocity, temperature and volume flow in ventilation ducts are correct, reliable measurement technology is essential.
The testo 425 thermal anemometer is designed to make these measurements fast, easy and precise. Its cable-connected telescopic probe can be extended up to 820 mm, making overhead measurements and work in larger-diameter ducts significantly easier. All relevant calculations such as volume flow and time and point averages are carried out automatically by the instrument.
Operation is also especially convenient with the testo Smart App, which allows users to configure the instrument, display and save measured values, and document results directly on a smartphone or tablet. The App can also turn your mobile device into a practical second display during measurement.
