The HIKMICRO G61H Handheld Thermal Camera is purpose-built for extreme high-temperature industrial thermography, critical process monitoring, and advanced predictive maintenance in demanding environments. Designed for foundries, metal processing plants, furnace and kiln inspection, refractory assessment, glass manufacturing, and power generation, the G61H enables professionals to safely measure and analyse temperatures up to 2000°C with precision and confidence.

Equipped with a powerful 640 × 480 high-sensitivity thermal detector, the G61H delivers exceptionally sharp, high-detail thermal imagery for accurate fault detection and condition monitoring. With NETD < 35 mK sensitivity, even subtle temperature variations are clearly visible—supporting early detection of developing issues in mission-critical assets.

The G61H features three measurement ranges, including an ultra-high temperature range of 300°C to 2000°C, making it ideal for continuous monitoring of furnaces, molten materials, refractory linings, high-energy systems, and other extreme-heat industrial processes.

An integrated 8 MP visual camera provides clear optical reference images to complement thermal data, improving documentation accuracy, reporting clarity, and compliance tracking.

Designed for operational efficiency in the field, the G61H includes a bright 4.3” 800 × 480 LCD touchscreen, advanced autofocus options such as laser-assisted AF and touch AF, and multiple imaging modes including thermal, visual, fusion, PIP, and blending. With smooth 50 Hz real-time imaging, inspections remain fluid—even when observing dynamic high-temperature processes.

Built to perform in harsh industrial conditions, the G61H features an IP54-rated rugged housing, 2-metre drop protection, and an interchangeable rechargeable Li-ion battery system to support extended use in demanding job sites.
