The VALUE UD16i Two-Stage DC Brushless Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump has been engineered for demanding industrial, laboratory, and scientific environments where maximum performance, reliability, and resistance to harsh operating conditions are essential.

Powered by an advanced DC brushless motor, the UD16i delivers ultra-low noise operation, high efficiency, and extended service life. Designed for high-capacity and more intensive applications, it incorporates anti-corrosion treated internal components to ensure dependable operation when handling high moisture levels, water vapour, and corrosive gases.

The UDi Series utilises magnetic drive and shielding technology to achieve true static sealing. This eliminates oil leakage issues associated with traditional dynamic sealing systems, ensuring consistent and reliable vacuum performance even in aggressive operating environments.

To maintain stable and clean operation, the UD16i is equipped with a forced lubrication gear pump, an automatic anti-oil return structure, and a high-efficiency oil mist filter, delivering a cleaner, quieter, and more controlled vacuum environment.
