The VALUE UD12 Two-Stage DC Brushless Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump has been engineered for demanding industrial and laboratory environments where high performance, reliability, and resistance to harsh operating conditions are essential.

Powered by an advanced DC brushless motor, the UD12 delivers ultra-low noise operation combined with high efficiency and long service life. Designed for more demanding applications, it incorporates anti-corrosion treated components to ensure durability when handling high moisture levels, water vapour, and corrosive gases.

Utilising magnetic drive and shielding technology, the UD12 achieves true static sealing, eliminating the oil leakage issues commonly associated with traditional dynamic sealing systems and ensuring consistent, reliable vacuum performance.

To maintain stable operation, the pump is equipped with a forced lubrication gear pump and an automatic anti-oil return structure, delivering a cleaner, quieter, and more controlled vacuum environment.
