The JAVAC Core Valve Removal Tool is engineered for far more than simply removing valve cores. Its design allows technicians to significantly reduce evacuation times while positioning a micron gauge as close to the system as possible for accurate measurement.
Once the desired vacuum level is achieved, the rear valve can be closed to perform a decay or pressure-rise test. If additional refrigerant needs to be added, the micron gauge can be safely isolated to prevent damage.
This tool is built to maximise evacuation speed and protect sensitive equipment, all without breaking the vacuum during operation. The cylindrical sight glass allows the tool to be mounted in any orientation while maintaining full visibility of the valve removal or insertion process.
All three female flare fittings use an advanced double O-ring sealing system. Many competing products still rely on rubber hose seals, which can soften, tear, or develop cuts over time—often causing hard-to-detect leaks. The double O-ring design seals at two points for a more reliable, longer-lasting connection.
The tool has been tested on a high-vacuum turbo rig and is capable of holding a 1-micron vacuum. The rear stem also uses dual O-rings for improved sealing performance and a more rigid, precise feel.
